Coo-ee Heritage Centre and Visitors Centre
The museum is living demonstration of non-Aboriginal and Aboriginal cultures living and working together in today’s world. Exhibitions include COO-ee March, local exhibitions. The visitor’s Centre provides all the tourist information you need about Gilgandra and district with brochures on all other areas in NSW. Souvenirs and maps for sale. Open 7 days a week (9am - 5pm).

October Coo-ee Festival
On the Long Week-end in October of each year, the Gilgandra Community host the Coo-ee Festival. The festival incorporates many activites including a Mini Rodeo, Talent Quest, Street Parades
Gilgandra Observatory
View the Rings of Saturn, or Jupiter’s Red Spot and the craters of the moon. During the day sunspot activity and Venus can be viewed, whilst at night visitors see Binary Stars, spectacular Clusters and magical Nebulae. |
